As the day of departure gets closer the final touches to the caravan have been made and the spare room is filling up with the junk we are planning to cram into it!!
A trip to Clark Rubber and $120 later has the 3rd bed finally sorted so all the kids now have somewhere to sleep comfortably!! A drama I didn't need to contend with on a long weekend was the battery in our car dying. All I can say is thank goodness for the NRMA. Within an hour of ringing them the car was up and running with a brand new battery. I suppose it's better that it happened now and not when we're out on the open road in the middle of nowhere!!
